Converting From Chapter 13 to Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

There are many reasons why you might opt to switch from a chapter 13 to a chapter 7 Bankruptcy plan. It could be the case that you might not have enough resources to keep up with the Chapter 13 repayment plan, or you would want to forfeit your non- exempt on certain property., eg your house. It could even be that the court has compelled you to switch because you are unable to make your Chapter 13 payments, you filled too late or there is an unreasonable delay that  significantly affects your creditors. In all these cases you can convert to a chapter 7, granted that you haven’t received a chapter 7 discharge in the last 8 years.
